Fasting is a shield for you -as it saves you from sins in this world and would protect you from the hell in the hereafter )muslim) the holy prophet peace be upon him has further said
When any one of you is fasting he shoud neither use indecent language nor speak aloud if some one kicks up a row and abuses him he should tell him that he is observing fast ))
